In traditional manual splitting, material separation, counting, and recording heavily rely on the operator’s experience. When faced with a high volume of splitting tasks or frequent tape size changes, operators must perform repetitive counting and verification for extended periods. This not only results in high labor intensity but also exposes the process to fatigue, leading to fluctuations in counting results. Especially in continuous operations, maintaining long-term stability and traceability of manual counting is challenging.

To address these industry challenges, Youngpool Technology has independently developed the D-1 Auto Splitting Machine, which integrates counting and splitting into a single process. While executing splitting tasks, the D-1 simultaneously counts components. Using a CCD camera instead of human visual inspection, it identifies and counts electronic components on the tape, minimizing the impact of human factors on counting accuracy. Under continuous operation, this approach helps maintain high counting precision, providing a reliable quantitative basis for warehousing.

Furthermore, the D-1 Auto Splitting Machine can interface with label printing and MES systems to output splitting results in clear, traceable data and label formats.
