Using a CCD camera instead of human visual inspection, it identifies and counts electronic components on the tape, minimizing the impact of human factors on counting accuracy. Under continuous operation, this approach helps maintain high counting precision, providing a reliable quantitative basis for warehousing.


Furthermore, the D-1 Auto Splitting Machine can interface with label printing and MES systems to output splitting results in clear, traceable data and label formats. This makes splitting information more transparent and supports subsequent material preparation, inventory verification, and exception handling.
